  • Don't lose hope! You have already lost so much! I've lost 2 pounds and am very jealous of your 17! Everyone's body loses weight differently. Just because you gained a little this week, doesn't mean you have stopped losing. Don't think of this as a "diet' you want to change your lifestyle. Don't give up!! :)
