I am a teacher and I take my lunch to school every day. I'm tired of lean cuisines and sandwiches. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I could take that is easy, cheap, and healthy??
I'm new to myfitnesspal. I have done weight watchers in the past, and it has worked, but I couldn't afford it anymore. I was thrilled to find this site, because it is basically the same thing! I welcome any support and words of encouragement, and I will do the same for you! Happy losing!
