Lesley, what type of vegetarian are you. I mean do you eat fish or no animal protein at all? You can set it for carbs, which will allow you to monitor your carbohydrate in take if that is what concerns you.

Wow! was it more diet than exercise or more exercise and diet.? I just started 1/2wks ago and lost 2lbs. My goal is 5lbs per month so I am within range about a pound a week, but my diet sucks! I have been down the road many times before. I lose 10-15lbs through diet/exercise...get relaxed and gain it all back. I need to know how to stay the course. How to make this a consistent, life long routine. How to not let the ups/downs of life distract me from! Any good advice I would love to here from you:sad:
