I would try to lessen all your sodium intake wherever possible. Try eating less processed foods to do that. Eat as natural as possible. You did well by going almost double on your fiber. I think the MFP standard numbers for fiber are kind of low IMO.

Working out in the morning kick starts your metabolism and makes it easier to keep it running all day.

There are probably as many opinions as users on this subject. I use MIO and log it as water. I am not overly strict when it comes to logging. I try to log as much as possible, but you can drive yourself mad trying to get every crumb. Do it for a while, see which road you take and stick with the one most often traveled.

The steel cut are less processed and harder to break down than the rolled making your body work harder and digesting more slowly. That being said, I still prefer the rolled stuff as they taste so much better. If you can eat them without feeling "guilty" all day I say go for it.

LOL. I love/hate my scale too. Only difference is mine motivates me to push harder. My scale is the reason I get up at 5:00 AM to run. It's only some glass and metal, but it is very powerful glass and metal.

Honestly. I think that if you are getting close to accurate, you will be fine. Don't stress out over a few missed calories here and there. But if you do stress out, don't forget to log the calories burned from the stress and anxiety.

Awesome job. It is amazing what you can do by tracking what you eat and changing habits. My "bad" cholesterol went from 195 down to 72 in a matter of 100 days thanks to MFP.
