Eating it with eggs is a great idea! I don't do smoothies, but the salads sound good too!

How are you tracking your calories? I don't weight foods, but If it is something I'm not sure on I go for a higher number. Also what kind of exercise are you doing? Just walking for 30 minutes every day will help a lot.

1590 a day. I try and exercise off about 4-500 and usually eat 17-1800.

Those seem like some easy changes, I guess I just need to get up early and maybe be more efficient with cooking and I could get some eggs cooked up pretty quickly. (Just in my head it always seems it will take too long) I'm just now trying to teach myself to cook more. I live alone and don't keep much in the fridge.…
