  • Try different stuff I would say. I sometimes prefer to use videos instead of using equipment. I found insanity to heavy on my joints though but you tube is a great source to find stuff to help you along.   • When i lost tons of weight i was having yoo-moo frozen yhogurt it's not as bad as icecream just maybe sugar a little high. I still lost almost 41 lb eating the stuff! Aslong as you don't overeat it and watch how much you have.

  • Yeh I struggle finding stuff with proteins in! :( I'll have to buy a chicken tonight haha! But yeh i do lack on proteins...i sorted my fats out with nuts so it's my protein where i lack.
  • Thanks for the support. I'm really fed up over peoples pictures of me the worst bit is the fact a professional photographer took it haha! I noticed I must of lost cause i forget i'm wearing a bra as they are that baggy around my ribs now haha! I just wish i could see the changes in photos people take of me :(
  • I think i've lost it all from my face but i don't know.... I'm only 10 st 9 lb (sometimes fluctuate to 10st 12lb) It's extremley sad to look at myself and not see a difference. I do some weights when i get chance. People have said i've lost weight but i just can't see it :(
  • I get this! I have such bad spots now since loosing weight! It's on my chest but mostly on my chin and face they really hurt too...i've used everything to try get rid of them :(
  • Yeh i don't tend to eat food that i do myself i have bags of veg (the steam ones) with some scrambled egg for my tea and stuff like that i don't have any chips or stuff that i need to weigh or anything as i don't get 5 mins to cook :P My boyfriend claims i don't eat enough...but you never know.

  • Gather pictures of what you want to look like as well I did that and it helped me. You need to just know when to say noto the crap, it's not worth it I could have something more filling with less calories.   • Oh wow her body is great! I'm doing a lot of weights in the gym at the moment and my arms have slimmed really quickly and feel tighter. It's great what lifting can do for your body my legs look so much nicer too :D I love her stomach jelous!
