When I have bad days I try to stay motivate by thinking of where I want to get to and where I was before... plus when I don't feel like working out I put on my bikini and look at myself in the mirror knowing that I will be wearing it in front a people that I know in 3 months... That kinda kick me into high gear.

I make a fruit blend in the morning (6:00) and then eat a "breakfast" item something like yogurt or oatmeal (9:00). So i essentially split my breakfast into two. I then eat lunch at 11:30. And of course water throughout

I think around 25. But then again I want to have at least my first child before 30. I had a young mom and i fear being an "old" mom... but that is what I think for me personally.
