I would personally like to thank you for posting this thread, so I could laugh hysterically at all of the gif's...on a side note.. I prefer living life and not feeling like I'm going to die, so i'll pass, but if you do choose to eat healthy foods and move then you'll probably get a lot more friend requests!

Considering that this is a free site, and that the food entries are put in by the public you really have no guarantee that anything is accurate. I have naturally dark brown hair. but about a month ago I went jet black, I am STILL getting compliments! love it! I say go for it :) Also a bit of info...I am pretty tan, and the color is very natural looking, not like Elvira or anything creepy :) If you do it right and complexion can match it, it looks great!

I think this is different than all of the "do it at home" gimmicks! I had a mud wrap at the spa, it was amazing for my skin, didn't lose any weight, but like you said, it's a spa treatment!

UGH! The wraps do the same thing as if you were to put preparation H on your stomach. It temporarily (key word there) shrinks the skin down, and in a couple of days it springs right back! Diet and exercise people!! :)

If I am eating sushi rolls it's usually 2 rolls. If you are a fish eater, you should really try to branch out and have some sashimi and nigiri...have as much as you want, plan for it and enjoy! Oh and the spicy tuna roll is very good :)

my thoughts? Fat is not bad for you!! Eat some REAL peanut butter, or almond butter! I make my own, one ingredient! Tastes better and is better for you than that ummmm "food"!! Best of luck!

oh my gosh, I'm so watching that show right now! Love it! I love my ink, but a very close friend of mine had a tramp stamp that reminded her of an ex so she went in to go it "covered up", Me personally, I think it looks strange now, but to each her own!

Sounds like shin splints! Get a roller and try rolling it out. Ice it, stretch your calves. Do this every time you run. If you still have the problem, you may want to try new shoes. something like this:…

I have pretty long hair, I put it in a pony tail, then I messy bun that pony tail. It falls out a lot and is annoying, but works better than smacking me with sweaty hair :)

Shots!! No seriously! If you're just looking to get a buzz or more, do shots, and drink water (helps you stay hydrated too) They still have some calories, but not anywhere near all of the mixers!! As far as actual drinks, I don't know, when I'm drinking calorie counting goes out the window! Have a good time :)

I'm 5`9" . I look my best at 143. I was at 156 with muscle and was very close to happy. Due to an injury I am currently at 169 & feel disgusting. I have a smaller frame.
