I lose some muscle mass, but not too much. I think I have an "anabolic predisposition". Just using dumbbells for a week will make it look ok :) But I also get fat easily.

I am just forced in time. This seems to be the best way to me. I only seem to be able to keep strict regimen when living back home. i have done it before, and kept the weight until I travel and eating/exercise habits become disorganized.
