I am impressed it was only 3 lbs actually. If I had done that it would have been 5, lol. Obviously you didn't really gain 3 lbs but the sodium was probably through the roof and that will make you gain weight like no other! Pound the water, and get back on the band wagon today and I bet tomorrow that weight will be mostly…

Is it the time away that she resents? If so could you guys work out together? I know it is harder to do that with kids. I had this problem with my husband...in that I am a stay at home mom and he was always away at the gym and leaving me here alone with the kids on the weekends/evenings when I wanted to spend time with…

I agree! If you have a craving then I think you should have what you want just watch your portions! I feel like if I deny myself it makes it SO much worse!!
-
Start out the day new and eat my normal calories, I do not deprive myself because I don't want my body to start storing food as fat. Definitely drink lots of water and get in a workout somewhere.
-
You are an inspiration, congrats!!! Hope I look like you when I hit my goal!
-
Welcome, good luck! I am a mom of two, 4 and 2 years old. Unfortunately I can't blame my weight on them because I was very heavy before I had them but it makes it harder to lose once you have had kids so I understand how you feel. You can do it, we are all here for support! Feel free to add me if you want!

Bagel thin with tablespoon of light cream cheese, hard boiled egg and cup of coffee with my favorite creamer (international delight French vanilla) other days I will substitute the hard boiled egg with a cup of eggbeaters loaded with red peppers and onions and a dash of garlic salt.

It all depends on the person. It is also genetic. Some woman never get it and some of us unlucky gals get it no matter what we do. I have had two children as well and both c-sections. You will shrink it but you will never get rid of it. It doesn't have anything to do with your muscles that is why doing crunches won't help.…

Amazing job, good for you. I am at 181 as of this morning and can't wait to hit the 170's, haven't been there for about 11 years. Feels good to be so close!!!! Keep up the good work, you can do it!

Welcome and congrats on your little one. I am a mom of two girls, both c-sections so I have been there. Good luck on your goal of losing 25! Feel free to add me, we all need as much support as we can!

Definitely make sure you increase your calorie intake so your body is getting enough "fuel". You can fatigue your body by doing too much so be careful. Don't double up every day I would think and make sure to take some days off to recoup. Listen to what your body us telling you, (are you tired, feeling run down?) that is…

It is a great feeling! I used to go to the plus sized store, Lane Bryant. Now I can't go there anymore and am in the "normal" stores! Congrats it is a wonderful milestone!
-
I always gain a couple of lbs. I also increase my water intake (1 usually drink 3 liters a day, so i increase to at least another liter!) and that seems to help me. Don't worry you're not alone!

I bought these last weekend but haven't made them yet, are they really that good?!?
-
I truly believe if you have a craving then you should eat it. You just have to be careful of your portions. As soon as you try depriving yourself or trying to substitute by eat something that is supposed to be "better" for you then it makes it that much worse. Have your brownie and don't feel guilty about it!

I eat a sandwich every day because it is so easy. The key for me is to get a really good bread. It has to be 100% whole wheat! Make sure that there is NO corn syrup in it and that if their is sugar it is not one of the first 5 ingredients! (really check the ingredients, sometimes it can de deceiving!!!!) Also look for one…

LOVE that feeling, bask in your glory, you are doing great! Congrats!!!!
-
Welcome! Good luck on your goals, you can do it! I would say be honest and keep track of everything you eat/exercise in your diary. It helps to keep you accountable! We are all here to support you! Feel free to add me as a friend!
-
Don't worry, there is no way that you actually gained 4 lbs over night. If you get right back on the band wagon that number should melt away. You will feel better again!
-
Congrats! I have 5 lbs. Until I join you, can't wait!!!
-
Welcome, I have only been here for a week but love it! Good luck!
-
I jump on the scale every morning BUT only record it every Tues so I don't get too obsessed with the numbers!
-
Loved reading your story, it is great inspiration and a motivator for me! I was 235 at my highest and in the last 2 years have been able to drop 45+ lbs with 25 more to go. Keep up the good work! Congratulations!!
-
I try to do something every day too because it is too hard to get started up again. Even if it is only doing yoga at least it is something! Drives me crazy because my husband takes 2-3 days off and the weight just melts off him. I know men lose faster but it can get frustrating!!!
-
I am going to steal this recipe! I love Feta and this sounds nice and light, but oh so tasty!! Thanks!
-
I don't think a cheat day Is a bad idea. I would only do once a week at the most. What I do is eat what I want but still watch portion control. So if I want candy, chocolate, salty, fatty food just don't eat a lot of it. And don't forget to get back on the band wagon the next day!!! When your body goes from at to eating…

I say yes definitely listen to your body. If your hungry have a snack just make sure they are healthy and then you don't have to worry about the extra calories. It sounds like your body needs more fuel with the more intense exercising you are doing.

Hahaha, yeah that is Obi. He is 116 lbs, a weight I will never be but still he is impressive! My big teddy bear!
-
Congrats on all the weight you have lost so far, that is great! I am in the same boat and definitely have the same out look...eating right and exercising! We can all do this together!!
-
Yeah that is my boy Obi. He ate our dinner for us tonight. Had some chicken breasts defrosting on our island and he jumped up there and ate 4 of the 5. Needless to say husband had to make a stop at the store on the way home!
