  • you ladies look amazing! Gives me a lot of hope and inspiration to keep going. I have the opposite body as some stated, I'm bigger on top. Not huge chested, but I carry weight in my middle and arms. I am really looking forward to showing my legs off though! I think I'm gonna buy a cute shortish dress for myself as a 25 lb…
  • hey, that's the measurement people actually SEE, so that's great! Means you're looking more trim and getting stronger. A pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat, so you're getting smaller and your metabolism is almost certainly improving. Weight loss off the scale will come soon! Keep up the great work!!
  • I'm introverted, not anti-social, but I enjoy my alone time and when I was a freshman in college I would frequently deny social plans to schedule myself a binge-night. I'd say I had cramps (which I soon would), or a ton of homework, and let my friends go to some stupid party while I went to the dining hall and had a…
  • For me what got me wasn't necessarily "unhealthy" foods, I've always loved fruits and veg, but just mindless snacking and not watching portion. Especially in the evening. I'm a night owl, so if I have dinner around 7:30, then I would go downstairs for a snack at 9, 10:30, 12, etc until i went to sleep around 3. I was…
  • thanks for all the replies! It certainly does take more for tall ladies to notice a difference. But it's good that we can "Get away with" more weight too hahah. Like at my height, being 200 lbs wouldn't look "Fat" I don't think
  • Oh my god you look amazing!! This is why I want to be around 180 hahah. What pants size do you wear if you don't mind me asking?
  • You guys should check out Aerie panties. They are so comfy and often have deals of 7 pairs for $27. I wear size XL which fit me really nice, at a size 18/20
  • I guess I'm the fattest of the fatties, because I like pretty much all of the things you guys listed! The only unhealthy things I found I don't like that are: Margarine Miracle Whip Black Licorice Gefilte fish Kool aid Hhaha I wish I hated that other stuff
  • I lost 12 lbs this month, and my tips would be : - Eat primarily whole, unprocessed foods: fruit, veg, lean meat, yogurt, beans, hummus, oats, milk, eggs, with the occasional treat of something small you're craving. Moderation is key! - Log and measure everything honestly and accurately on MFP. - Aim for 100 oz of water…
  • Just barely made it as of yesterday 100.2. WOOHOOOOOO anyone else finish?
  • You look amazing! Great job :) I have two questions: how tall are you and where did you get that gorgeous black dress? I want it!! Congrats again
  • Eggs, oatmeal, cottage cheese, yogurt, peanut butter on toast, smoothie with protein add-ins, reduced sodium breakfast meats, fruit with cheese and nuts, vegetable frittata, breakfast tacos on corn tortillas, oatmeal pancakes. Tons of options, but I understand, I get stuck in a run too sometimes
  • I'm at 82.5 miles now :)
  • I did 10.1 miles today at the gym! Total so far is 73.5. 9 on bike and 1 walking at 4mph, which was really exhausting. Good luck to everyone and keep at it!!
  • You just look so much happier as well!! Keep up the amazing work!
  • you could roast some corn, toss it with black beans, chopped tomato and zucchini and dress that with cilantro, salt pepper and lime juice. Yummy and summery side dish!
  • I'm a personality-first type of girl, but an easy-going smile, strong hands and height over 5' 10" sure doesn't hurt :)
  • I skipped the gym the past few days... Now I have 4 more gym days: M, W. F and M until the end of the month and I have to do 9.2 miles per day. Yikes. I'm going to try my best!
  • Well I guess I'll talk to myself.... 5.6 miles today, total currently at 63.4 miles
  • I did 9 miles since my post Tuesday, bringing my total to 44.2. Most of this is biking though! Good luck to you all, this challenge is really making me work hard this month :)

  • My brother is 6 3" and I would say his weight fluctuates between 190 and 210, depending on what "type" of body you're aiming for, and the genetics you already have.
  • There's also a brand called Better N' Peanut Butter and it has about half the calories as regular. It's normal texture, not like PB2, and they also have a bunch of flavored kinds. I like it! I think I got it at Trader Joe's
  • Hmm, I was never really guilty of HUGE binges, ore eating till I got sick, but I regularly ate double portion sizes at almost every single meal. I also just love to cook so I could make something fattening out of nearly annnnyyything in my house, even "healthy" grocery shops. The kitchen would just call out to me late at…
  • Hey, 8 Mile is a pretty good movie. Oh wait, that's also how much I did today at the gym! Running total is at 23.6 so far! Keep at it everyone :)

  • I feel like this challenge is about bettering yourself personally. Moving is moving. I'm counting any machines at the gym - bike, elliptical. I don't use the treadmill yet because it intimidates me. I'm also counting any walks over 15 minutes outside of the gym. I don't care about winning against other people, just getting…
  • Congrats on that weight loss. That is amazing progress! Can't wait till I can say I've lost 45. Sometimes it seems like inches and pounds work in very mysterious ways. You can lose weight and gain inches, or vice versa. Muscle, fat, water, TOM - all of it matters. That's disappointing that you've only lost 1 inch but I'm…
  • My total is only 7.8 miles so far. I've got to catch up to you guys! Hoping to do 7 miles at the gym tomorrow with cycling and walking.

  • Yup, as everyone already said, diet soda is full of chemicals and that is just not good for your body. On the other hand, if you're just trying to lose weight, then obviously it's more helpful than regular soda because of the calorie count. I understand it's really hard to give up. I'd try having a can with lunch, maybe…
