1 days PP?! Whew! I'm just over 3 months, but I also need friends. Joined years ago, but barely used the site until now. I hope you know you need to wait 6-8 weeks before you start exercising or dieting so your body can focus on healing (but walking is ok). :smile:

This might sound weird, but when this happened to me a few years ago, I started eating more calories (from protein - probably about 200/day) and doing more strength training and almost no cardio. Worked like a charm. A friend of mine was a student in exercise science and suggested this plan. Worth a try.
