Hi... Add me! I'm as determined as you are! Lost 80, gained 50, lost the 50 running over the span of a year then encountered hip issues. All recovered now and training hard at the gym daily. I weigh in daily. I'm trying to figure out, by looking at the monthly trend, where my peaks and valleys are so that I don't get demotivated on off days.

I drink a lot of water while at the office. At home, I enjoy tea (mint or green). I don't drink coffee but I do enjoy a can of Monster Zero on my way to work.

Hi, I would definitely take the measurements so that you can clearly see your progress. Facing the music also provides the extra push and motivation. Just my two cents! Kudos to you for getting back on track!
