  • Hi! I'm a SAHM of a 2.5 yr old and an 8 month old. I am really trying to stick with my diet and exercise but some days with the kids it just doesn't happen. Feel free to add me. The more accountability the better!
  • I took it when I was 17 till I was about 21. I didn't have any problems with it but I was on it as a mood stablizer for my bipolar disorder. The biggest thing is that it can cause some weight gain so you just have to be careful with it.
  • The best advice I can give, after just having my second baby 8 weeks ago, is don't use being pregnant as an excuse to sit around and eat. I believe that "pregnancy cravings" are mostly a mental thing because people will always ask you if your craving weird foods. And you can exercise. I made sure to walk everyday and I…
  • Throwdown with Bobby Flay and the Olympics. Going back and forth.
  • I saw a thing on Pinterest about taking one weekend to fix 45 freezer type meals all at once. Then all you have to do is pull them out, defrost, and reheat. I am going to try that when we get more settled in our new home.
  • I was involved with the MOPS group back home. I loved it. My son loved it. I miss those ladies so much. Unfortunately, with it being summer all the groups are "on vacation" until mid September. I am hoping that I will be able to get up enough courage to go to one of the meetings. I only got involved in the one back home…
  • I actually have. I am only 7 weeks postpardum so they are monitoring me for PPD. A big part of the problem is that my husband decided to go back to school to get his Master's degree which required me packing up my entire life and moving 2 states away from my family and what I have always known. I am now stuck in a place…
  • OK so I know the biggest suggestion has been go for a walk or something to get out of the house but I have a 2 yr old and a 2 month old at home and DH is gone for the next month. So I need suggestions for what I can do at home to take mt mind off the symptoms. Its too hot to go outside with the baby.
  • My dad is a big emotional eater. Thats partly where I got it from. Thanks for all the helpful suggestions. I will have to try some of them.
  • Thanks. Your right I need to go ahead and get my work out in for the day but I will have to wait till I put my kids down for their nap. :)
  • I just got back on the band wagon and will be trying to log in everyday. There will probably be a week or so that I won't be able to when we move in a few weeks but as soon as we get set up I will be back to track my progress. I'm always welcoming new friends and support. Anyone can feel free to add me. :)

  • My sister is a Scentsy consultant. She loves it. Im not really sure how she goes about setting her goals and such. And the products are great. I love my burner, especially now since my son is starting to get more mobile. No fire to deal with for him to get into.
  • A friend of mine gave me 2 Yoga Booty Ballet dvds and no I havent tried any of them.
  • Woot IM IN. 20 down 230 to go!
  • WATER!!! I find if i dont get enough water during the day I just feel flat.
  • Absolutely! There is no reason to get yourself down about it. You realize that you have fallen off the wagon now just run up there and jump back on. We all have off days every now and then. Just remember how you felt this time the next time an oppertunity to go overboard presents itself. Good Luck!
  • I completly know how you feel. I have a very busy schedule and a very active 11 month old son. By the time I have time to exercise I just want to nap and when it comes to meal times as I drive though town I see the fast food and I cave in using the excuse that I just dont have time to go home and cook. I just keep…
  • I absolutely LOVE Zumba. When I was working and before my son was born i was going 4 time a week (my boss was and instructor and provided a class discount to employees) Now because of having my son and staying at home with him I dont have the time to make it to the classes. My hubby bought me the Zumba for the Wii and I…

  • I LOVE my hip hop cardio dvd. You can do the whole 45 mins. or you can break it down into the individual routines.
  • I LOVE Zumba. I havent been able to go to any classes in a while but i have it for my Wii. It is great. I would love to get into bellydancing...once i have the belly for it. Im also into crafty things. Mostly I do bead work and lately I started with Cake decorating courses. :) Feel free to add me if you would like
  • Hang in there. I have the same problem but its my family asking me when Im gonna lose the weight. I hear things like the baby is 10 months old now. You should really lose the baby weight. I just ignore them and go on with my program. Just make sure you are focusing on the people that are supporting you in the long journey…
  • Alright, you all have convinced me. Im going to go get some cleaning done and hopefully when the hubby gets off work I will be able to talk him into taking the baby to the park for a bit.
  • I absolutely LOVE Zumba. I cant make it to the classes any more but I have the Zumba for the Wii that I cant get enough of.
