Facebook Healthy Challenge
Has anyone checked out the Facebook Healthy Challenge thing they started when the olympics started up. I looked at it last night and its kinda neat. You can invite your friends and challenge them for the gold, silver, and bronze medals. its www.facebook.com/healthy if you wanna check it out.

How do you contol emotional eating?
The last few days I have seriously been battling some major depression. When I get this way all I want to do is sit on my butt, watch tv, and eat everything in the house. I have been trying to avoid even walking in the kitchen because I know I will just stop. Any suggestions on how to battle this?

Back on the bandwagon

Ok, so my inlaws are going to be in town this afternoon and will be here untill tuesday morning. They eat out all the time when they are here visiting and expect us to go along. Emotional Breakdown
Ok so I had a minor emotional break down eariler this afternoon and now I'm having a hard time getting the motivation to do anything. I have dishes that need to be done, and I know I should workout. Lack of energy
