Ok so generally my day consists of getting up, going to work, coming home and lunch, followed by some housework/playing with my son, watching dr phil, my daily workout, then onto fixing dinner. However, today was just busy and I didnt even get home untill after 7 pm. I fixed my husband and myself food and we ate then he left for his weekly card game. This is where I usually put the baby to bed then head of to bed with a great book and read till I pass out. But for some reason tonight I just couldnt stay in bed. I felt like I was missing something. I got up and proceded to get my work out in even though it was almost 10:30 at night. I am amazed at how much better I feel about myself now that I got my workout in. Anyother time I would have just told myself "Oh well, you were busy today, You will get a work out in tomorrow." So im not sure if this counts as an NSV, but i am pretty proud of myself none the less.

I think it counts! It feels great to be making changes that make a person chose working out over something else~! Good for you! :flowerforyou:

Oh for sure!! That's awesome that you pushed yourself to do it. In the end...I'm sure it didn't seem so much like a chore, you ended up feeling better then before you'd started!! WTG!!

That's great. Pushed myself to do my exercise today, too. I've been doing workouts 3 times a week for 2 weeks very reluctantly. Can honestly say I don't hate it anymore. After awhile something just clicks and it's not so bad. Inspirational to hear someone else pushing themselves, too.
