Cool okay - well 1300 is what Iv been having WITHOUT exercising at all, and because Im trying to lose weight fast. I do want to get into weight training - but my main priority is just to lose the weight first. Is it not easier to lose fat down to a normal size and THEN do muscle building rather than trying to do both?
