I started on Monday 8/27/12 with Level 2 (got bored with Level 1 after doing it on and off for several months) My stats: Bust: 35" Waist at belly button: 33.5" Hips: 36" Thighs: 19" I'm 5'3 My scale says 116lbs but my stomach is holding on to at least 5 lbs of fat that I want to convert into muscle and abs!!

On day 4 of level 2. I skipped level 1 since I've been doing it on and off with running for the past few months. I was always sedentary and this is a BIG improvement haha. Can proudly say I stuck with level 2 for 4 days in a row! :D

Hi guys...I started 30 Day Shred on Monday on Level 2, did day 3 today. I've been doing Level 1 off and on along with running for a few months now lol, I thought it was time to finally move on to the next level. Definitely will update with pics when I'm done with Level 3!

Cow's milk should be taken out of our diet completely, our bodies were not ever meant to have it!
