They're much lower in fat/cholesterol but tend to have lots of sodium, so just don't make it a habit of eating them. I prefer to make my own veggie burgers and there are tons of great recipes out there! Or, grill up a portabella mushroom as a great substitute!

Hummus! There's so many different flavors that you can buy, or you can always make your own. Another easy veggie dip recipe is: 1 1/2 cups yogurt 1-2 tsp curry powder 1 tsp dill Juice from 1/2 of a lemon
