Turns out that my eating window was way to short! This morning I could barely finish my hour long elliptical workout because of lack of energy. I had been fasting too long. Im extending my eating times from 12-6pm. I think that I was being a little harsh on myself.

Exactly. This is only my second day doing IF but Im not thinking about food nearly as much as before. My cravings have drastically subsided. I woke up this morning a had a cup of green tea (my fav) and that's it! No hunger pains either.

If your thinking about eating out: I went to Denny's a couple of days ago. I got the "Choose your own grand slam" 4 servings of egg whites and 4 slices of turkey bacon for 200 calories!!! Well I stuck to my original intermittent fasting plan stated above. I lost 2.4 lbs over night eating MORE calories than I usually do! I got an IUD inserted half way through out relationship. Birth control has probably altered my weight as well.

Let me simplify my theory for some of you who just don't get it: Yes, I should have been able to push the plate away...but before my relationship the plate wasn't so frequent and fatty...or even in my space for that matter.

Some of the comments are overgeneralized. I wasn't blaming anyone for my weight gain except me, but lets just be honest.....if I wasn't in a relationship I wouldn't have gained all of this weight.
