pasta bake then you can prepare it the night before and if you bulk it out you can use it as lunch for a few days :)

but what is the point in trying to lose weight if you aren't exercising to go with it? you go into starvation mode if you go below 1000 cal a day and your body stores the fat as energy. So you're not going to get rid of it

haha me too! i think im starting to grow immune to junk food as i had a chicken burger as my takeaway last night and it towards the end it just tasted really horrible :frown: i was sooo looking forward to it too :angry:

Once you start dieting and cutting down your calories your body notices the change and starts going into "starvation mode" so it starts laying down fat stores, which is why you'll still have a bit of pudge around the middle like me haha But if you want it to disappear then i suggest starting gentle cardio and pumping up…

Don't worry about it sweetie :) you'd maybe be better going back to having 1 cheat day a week, you can't deny yourself ALL of the good things you'll just end up feeling miserable. But don't feel like you've let yourself down. This is just a lapse. Nothing more. As long as you pick up and carry on you have nothing to worry…

SERIOUSLY!!! i am trying to help here! this is taking it to a new level like i have said you can choose an alternative unpleasant thought. its your body not mine. i find this technique works for me and i thought it would help somebody else. its not my fault that YOU have a problem with the technique that works for me :/

also it not supposed to be about self loathing its about telling yourself how great and healthy you are going to look once you (me) have lost weight and toned up through exercise.
