I have trouble with this also, but I have gotten used to eating more leftovers. I just space it out over several days so that I don't go over my calories but I also don't have to throw it away. I also need to work on cooking smaller portions because it's just me and my bf also so there usually is a lot of food leftover.

I'm with ya. I caved the other day and had 5 pieces of pizza. But I'm still going to try to make it fit into my calorie goal.

I've realized that if you don't make it a priority, it won't happen. Having a workout schedule calendar has helped, plus possibly cutting something out to make time for exercise. That could be working less hours or spending less time watching tv, you just have to want it and do it.

I get both. Just because I don't like to eat the same stuff all the time so I get different things, switch it up every once in a while. But I prefer frosted shredded wheat instead of Cheerios. But I get Cheerios sometimes too. I like protein powder with oatmeal. Nice and filling.

Writing down everything is kind of the point. You have to know how many calories are going into your body if you are trying to change.

Not sure. I'll probably be in Pittsburgh by then since I'm moving there. I guess my options are to come back to Cincinnati to hang with friends or maybe attend an event in Pittsburgh with my boyfriend. Either way I'll probably be wearing a slutty costume and geting trashed lol

It gets easier and it will become addictive lol I used to only be able to run 1 minute before feeling like i was going to die, now I am training for a half marathon and i'm up to 10.5 miles.

Why don't you just not eat until later at night, that way you still have calories to spend later. Also try to stick to protein and fruits/veggies. The protein will help you feel full and the fruits and veggies will let you have more to snack on with less calories.

Yeah. Not like the person was dying right at that second but I am responsible for kids lives at the hospital. I work on an inpatient psych unit and some kids are suicidal and we have to watch them 24/7 and make sure they don't hurt themselves. Also sometimes we have to be within arm's length at all times.
