Well I went for 2 mile with my famiy yesterday morning and then we went to DD and got iced coffee and breakfast. Good Job!!!! I hope I can do the same tomorrow. My plan is to go to the gym for about 2 hours early morning and then we have this huge family picnic afterward. I just want to the willpawer to stay away from the goodies. I even made a tinkerbell cake for my SIL for her 30th so this is going to be tough.

Like I had stated before I am a new runner and I did start the Couch to 5K today and got in a mile and a half without passing out. I also did Body pump today at my gym which totally got my muscles in gear. I then did the ellipitica for 30 min. I enjoyed the running today it made me feel ALIVE!!!!

I go to the gym every morning at 9am when the daycare center opens for my kiddos and I do a class and or workout for an hour. So I guess I have it scheduled.

Well in April I lost from April 1st to the end about 13 pounds I think it was. I was like WHOO HOOO!!! Now it was in May I lost nothing, nada, and I thought about giving up. Well here is tid bit of news, cheez it is now in an 100 cal pack. I think a box of them is like 5 dollars and you can eat them slowly (it comes in preportioned little snack bags). Hopefully your local grocer has them for you.:smile:

Oh my goodness I just started this today. I like you did only 15 minutes and that was it. I too will be at the 1 week mark for a bit but happy to stay there until I am ready. Glad to see someone else is here with me.

I use DVDs and run. However I can never tell how many calories I lost through it but my body does feel it the next day.

This will work if you stick with it and keep track of yourself. This program gave me willpower. I even started running with the help of the runners in this little community. Keep motivated.......you made the first step in the right direction.:smile:

it is a great workout. i myself can't make it through it but i have the series that you do for the 30 days with the fanny lifter. so it kills me when i do it because it is like this day abs, this day arms, so by a break day i need just that a break.

Sorry to hear that. When my five year old was little we went through this as well cuz he is an asthmatic, we are thankfully not going through that that much anymore. I hope your little one gets better soon.

If you do it vigorously you can burn 800 if you do moderate workout, which is hard to do in one of those classes it is 500 and some. Very good workout!!!

Thank you I will try that website because I would like to keep up the momentum. Today I did not run but did a spin class which kicked my butt so I was so tired that I did not run. I will however try a bit later to get out. Thank you so much.:wink:

I thought I was the only one. I weigh in every single morning and every night. I can actually tell at night if I will may more in the morning or not by how mych the scale says before I go to bed.

okay, so I am totally new to running and can't do nearly I mean neraly what you guys are doing. Can anyone give me insight on how to keep up the momentum. I can only run about 5-10 minutes right now.
