  • Are you eating the cals you burn during excercse? If you don't you are not eating the 1200 but maybe 1000 (if you burned 200 at the gym). I had that problem for awhile and I upped my cals to 1500 and I try everyday to burn 300 so I am at 1200 to lose weight because I just couldn't eat more than that.
  • Completly agree!!! You took the words right out of my mouth. I lost alot in the begiing very fast and now it is a struggle to lose the last 10 so just make little goal for yourself. Mine is 135 and then when I stay at that I am moving onto 125.

  • I always thought that was interesting too. My goal is only 9 pds away and instead of being happy that I am so close I am miserable because the weight is not changing but the inches are. I would rather see the number on the scale go down right now as I am at a plateau as well.

  • It is not as beneficial if you continue to eat because the idea is to rid your body of toxins. If you are going to eat and do this it would be just as easy to skip the drink and eat laxatives to be honest.
