  • I wouldn't bother with it myself, because I tried it for a couple of weeks a few years ago and didn't lose any weight, then when I came off it I gained some!   • Hello and welcome from a fellow food addict. You have found a great place, there's loads of support if you want it and logging your food is a great motivational tool.
