No not at all I have big hips and I was a size 12 after I had my daughter I am back down to a size 8 I do alot of sqauts especially plei squats that trigger our hips. you can do anything you put your heart into lots of cardio and weight lifting and make sure you keep changing up your routine so that your body doesn't get use to the exercise

I decided I need one today I do different challenges each week with my gym and sometimes the website doesn't have the work out and I need accurate information to follow in order for me to get the proper results I need. I caary my weight in my butt hips and thighs so cottage cheese legs I am always hiding in the summer after the baby I have fat arms and a tummy so sucks I can't have fat all over it must move
