Incredible!!!

I just find that exercise makes you feel one billion times better. And weight loss comes naturally with it. I find it quite easy to stick to my exercise regime at the minute because I have worked it in perfectly with my life! Good luck on weight loss and your half marathons, especially the fact you do it for charity! And…

A stone and a half :S (21lbs..)

Don't feel bad! Be brutally honest! I hate how quite a few women are 'fake' now-a-days. I wish they could just be natural and accept their bodies. I know women find it hard. I do too. Incredibly hard. But I wear eyeliner and red lipstick at most, do a lot of weights (not overly heavy as I don't want to be another Jodie…

@Dawnieb1977, same goes with the height thing, but 145lbs? You look lovely though :):) xx

I'm 5'9.5'' And wow, thank you. I'm 180! :)

You don't want to lose weight really fast or it won't stay off! You definitely look different from the 3rd to 4th photo. A month's progress, that's incredible! Plus like above said, you are very thin anyway so weight is harder to lose xx

I was missed :( Just curious to see what other people see me as :/

@Keith, 175? You look great! And very fit :) xx Also, I know my photo doesn't show me well (I'm on the right), so feel free to go on my profile I have a clearer pic on there. Doesn't give away my weight either :)

I see a dietician regularly, and in females a low carb diet is condoned. Men have the ability to almost 'make' carbohydrates in the body, where as women can't. And women lacking in carbohydrates notice an incredible change in mood and irritability. I am on a high protein diet, with an average amount of 'good' carbs (like…

I do a lot of martial arts, and although I don't look as if I have much muscle, I can do 50 press ups and lift fully grown men. I enjoy lifting weights but don't want to go overboard with the muscle!!

Oh wow, sorry to hear you were ill. But if it was the deciding factor in helping you lose weight then well done for being so strong and taking control of your health!

This is really good you posted this, everyone believes every sort of diet the hear and see. Truth is most of it is lies. What they don't tell you is that carbs act as a natural anti-depressant in women. Men can create some carbs in the body and simply survive on a very low intake of them. However women can't, and anyone…

Incredible! What was your motivation? I need some!

You really have to be careful... I've suffered from an eating disorder for a very long time, and right now I am struggling with the same situation. It is very little what you are eating. Make sure you are getting enough of each food group, and to boost your calories try incorporating more healthy carbohydrates and fats -…

I've been vegetarian for years, and because of ethical reasons, wanting to lose weight as dairy is a MASSIVE binge trigger for me, and how dairy makes me feel sluggish and have stomach aches, I have been living mostly Vegan for the last year or two almost! Again, like the woman on the first page, odd bits of dairy do sneak…

I love that film more than anything. So I am glad to know that I am not the only one who does not like Gangnam style.

I have suffered with an eating disorder for a long time, and I am attempting now recovery. I find it hard to want to increase my calorie intake above 1,200 calories a day, even though I do a lot of strenuous exercise. Doing both is still keeping me within the criteria for an eating disorder. Not saying that you have a…

I suffer with bipolar too, and I find it incredibly hard to regulate my eating when my emotions are haywire. I find it's all strongly connected. When I'm incredibly low I generally binge, and binge a lot, but it's when I'm feeling better I eat hardly anything and suffer with eating disorders because of this. Then even when…
