I gained 4 pounds last week and am still slowly creeping back to normal weight. Usually I only retain water for a couple of days, but a lot of sodium and sweets kept me bloated. Drinking loads of water seems to be helping.

350 sounds more accurate. 60 if you were barely moving with no resistance. I don't burn as high as I did when I weighed more, but I stay at about 450/ hour at 3.5 mph and high resistance. So I'd go with mfp. Compared to my hrm, mfp estimates low, so you should be safe following mfp estimates.

I have a polar with the chest strap and its pretty soft. I forget im wearing it.

my case, except I have 2 children. It hurts my neck trying to get a regular bikini top to hold these things up and I have to carefully adjust to make them sit in a bra right. My mom has nicer breasts than I do. I'll be getting mine a replacement set soon. Not bigger; just filled back up.

I have a polar ft40. It has a couple more features than the ft 7. Mfp alway way under estimated my burn and equipment over estimated. Compare the hrm side by side to see what you like. I also had a body media fit to see my total burn for a day and found my average burn but it doesn't separate exercise calories burned.

5'4" starting/ highest -163 january 2011 Current- 134 Final goal - 120-125 and body fat around 15% I think if I focus I can get there in about 2 months

5'4 with a 120-125 goal weight. Its right in the middle of the healthy range. I reached my first goal of 135 and I feel like I still have some work. My belly is still here so I'm focusing on strength training to build muscle definition and burn this fat. My bmi is still about 20% and id like to be closer to 15%

I had an english muffin with a thin layer of cream cheese, green onion and thin sliced salmon with a little bit of capers on top and it was do amazing. Fruit pancakes, toast, wheat bagel maybe.

Onions, bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, cheese, beans, sour cream, tomatoes, chicken, ham, sausage, salsa. Really anything that I would put in a tortilla I'll put in an omelet. I like to use left overs. I haven't tried cottage cheese but it sounds heavenly.

I don't think anybody should wear spandex. Ever. Bicycle shorts while riding a bicycle I do not consider spandex so much. Only exception. Tight fitting - okay.
