George foreman grills are great for people like us that don't like to cook. There's fish, turkey burgers, chicken breast. You can stuff your chicken breast with spinach and mozzarella if you like. Or baked chicken strips. Or turkey chili. Or turkey meatloaf is pretty easy and you'll have left overs. Good sides... sweet…

There's only a handful of surgeons that do it yet for breasts but I think it's neat. Id wait till you get pretty close to your goal because obviously the butt fat will burn off with the rest of the body fat. I wish I could get it for my breasts! I have to go with saline :/ A lift alone wouldn't look right or sit right…

People do change and so what if you feel differently about things now. You're still you and if you're being respectduthen I don't see a problem. I've lost 30lbs and I notice how differently people treat me too. Usually I get more rudeness from women but that's okay, I'll take that any day to how I felt about myself before

I've been maintaining for 3 weeks and feel ready to give it all I got again. The break I think was good for me. I think to myself though "I could be 2 lbs lighter, oh well." You might need a break. If you don't belong to a gym try some indoor exercises. There's magazines full of ideas, phone apps, youtube, and dads.

That's their opinion of themselves at that weight. My highest non pregnancy weight was 164, but that's a goal for someone else. Popcorn! And I know sometimes I get burned out on studying and homework, then it's gym time. Usually at night when my brain is too tired for critical thinking but physically I still have something left.

Eat more. Sounds counterintuitive I know but it works. Your body can slow and adapt to 120) calories a day. Balance e of cardio and strength training

I think in addition to proper diet and exercise they may help. Different ones have different claims. I've never heard of the ones you mentioned

I was trying Liqui Carn fat burner stuff. I believe I didn't drink enough water and that contributed to this wretched kidney infection I have now. Not using it now lol. I didn't see any weight loss with it.

I swam but not in the lake for a couple weeks till it was healed. Keep it clean. I don't know if you have anything else pierced but it hurts more than your tongue and less than say nipples I guess.

I cried when I first tried it. I could barely make it through the fitness evaluation video lol, but after 2 months- it was cake. I definitely noticed a difference and I didn't follow their diet book but I tracked my food.

Just want to add to all the wonderful suggestions.... have you suggested mfp to her? Maybe inviting her to work out with you but she has to eat the calories back? What about showing her the thread on her with all the women eating 2000+ calories a day and they look great.
