I was 142 before my daughter but with good muscle definition and I had trouble losing weight. Now I've seen 134some and decided I wanted to go 120-125. People say I look small but I feel huge lol so im shooting for 125the now.

I do the same thing. I don't think it's rude but I guess if it's perceived as rude you could mentally divide up your plate before you start eating then ask for the box. Portions at restaurants are huge these days.

I "otherwise acquire " mine too. I've had terrible experiences with beachbody customer service. I got 30DS for about $5you on amazon though. I like them but they aren't as intense and fast paced as insanity, which I like.

Really any way you want to create the deficit would work. Exercise in my opinion is great versus just cutting calories alone. Also building the muscle means you'll burn more when doing nothing. You have the right idea and your food sample looks great. If you have trouble adjust it.

Eating back those calories is up to you. Some people do, some don't. My rule of thumb is if I'm not hungry why force feed myself? Again up to you as long you gross at least 1200.
