Some people do better on an empty stomach. Personally I need food for energy. I feel crappy if im running on empty. I lift better if I have something in my stomach. Not a lot though. A light snack with healthier carbs works for me. If you feel bad then try eating 1hoir before and see how you feel.

I guess because your body is awake longer you'd need more food to make more energy. But you're right you need sleep. Things get all wacky when you have little sleep. Sleep in your car for a few minutes if you can. I do in between classes. Every little bit counts. Sooner or later you'll burn out.

You're body will get used to it and the pain won't be so intense. For now stretch it and wait a couple days between working the same muscle group if it's a heavy workout focused on that muscle group.

Welcome!!! Well I've lost 23 pounds this year, 17 since july. I eat at least 1300a calories a day plus exercise. I eat whatever I want in moderation. Not cake everyday lol. If you commit and use the resources you'll be successful. Good luck.

I did before I got my thyroid fixed up so I didn't lose a lot but I definitely noticed an increase in strength. Go as hard as you can and stick with it.
