I think guys are not supposed to go under 1800 or so. Its better to eat a couple hundred over than be under. Your body freaks out and holds onto every calorie instead of letting you use it for energy. Eating too few calories doesn't help you lose weight at least long term. You have a lot of great suggestions already but I want to add that if you have to blow dry keep the nozzle pointed down so its hits the thickest parts from the roots down. I also only wash my hair every other day and use a spray before I straighten it. I had to switch brands too. It costs more but makes a huge difference…

Controversial I guess but I think if you're not hungry then don't eat your exercise calories back. As long as you meet your minimum calories at least. People are different and our bodies work differently. Eating when I wasn't hungry got me into this flabby meds.

I gave away a lot of my smaller jeans about a year ago because I figured no matter how hard I tried from previous attempts I couldn't lose the weight. Right now im down from a 13/11 to 9/7. It's finally working, thank you thyroid meds :)

I do mine after weight training. Im already warmed up so I do 3.5 incline on the treadmill for 2a minutes, walk 2 minutes then alternate increasing minutes and pace with two minute walking. I have one! Love it! No back pain and still a challenge. Plus I can add weight. It does back and forth and side exercises. Gliding motion is a little annoying though.
