  • You look AMAZING!! Well done!! very inspiring!! :flowerforyou:
  • I am exactly the same!! i can't get myself motivated again!! SO hard!! Good Luck!
  • I have had the crappiest weekend food wise! and last night i didn't even get to do W2D1 as my client called and wanted more treatments so i had to go earlier! I am so shattered from my cake baking/decorating and massaging/waxing/painting nails for my clients. I am trying so hard to get back on track and lose the 3-4 lbs i…
  • I have heard it's good, but only if you half follow it. I was thinking of just upping my protein and lowering my carbs. That's not good that you felt so sick! i really hope you feel better soon, Good Luck :-) x
  • you can eat before bed! just not carbs! like pasta or bread etc. you could get home from work and eat a chicken salad, or soup or stir fry - (with NO noodles) Thanks for this info - i ususally eat carbs for my evening meal, but i think i will give it a try this week and see how i go.
  • well done - you look fab! and so happy! x !! That's a really good idea!! How do you post pics by the way? x
  • I was doing the 30 day shred and the Jump rope bit of the dvd started to really hurt my left calf too after the 2nd day. So i got a massage and did A LOT of stretching and i have given it a weekwnd of rest. I am back on the exercise this evening so hopefully it doesn't come back. The only thing i can sugest is doing some…
  • Or you could get a peice of string and cut it at your biggest size and keep it in your handbag and when you are feeling low just pop the string out and put it round your waist and see how far you have come! good luck to everyone!! x
  • I'm in the UK - Berkshire i have few UK people but most from America request sent :-)
  • Spinning is different than normal bikes at the gym as it has resistence that you turn up and down for going up hills or going down or on a flat. Also you do exercises on the bike (follow the teacher) maybe you should try one class and see how you get on. I don't know where abouts you are in the world (i'm in england) and…
  • I hate the press ups!! i can't do them AT ALL!! i'll be glad when they are over! My friend (who is also a beauty therapist) massaged my legs and calfs last night and i went home to bed rather than do Day 5, i felt i needed to have a rest or i'll more damage than good. I'm back on it tonight but first i have spinning at the…
  • Wow!! you look amazing!! what DVD is it? x
  • You could cook from scratch lasagne and potion in to pots and freese. Spagetti Bolognaise (just the bolognaise bit) then cook the pasta fresh when needed. Homemade curries are good again cook the rice when needed. Stir fry's are easy and quick to do in a hurry too. Good luck!
  • My knees hurt today actually. And OMG i have planks to look forward to?! i HATE those! lol hopefully i will be fitter by the time i get to level 3! Well done on you! I hope your knees get better, have you tried strapping them up whilst you are exercising?
  • Thank you I do do a longer cool down, i stretch for much longer than they do on the DVD. I heard that doing weights then cardio is good at burning fat, and mixing it up is good to confuse the body. I hope the stretches work on helping my calf muscles! I try to do some when i am brushing my teeth too.
  • Thank you for your comments, i was planning on doing 10 days of level 1 then one day rest (of only the dvd i would do something else like hula hoopoing or spinning or C25K etc) then do 10 days of level 2 and so on. I will do more stretches and hope it gets easier! Thanks again
  • I love spinning and i did it for about 6-7 months and then due to holiday and work committments i stopped but cannot wait to get back in there! Even though i had been doing it for so long i can't and STILL can't do the squatting postion, so i keep my resistence up and stay standing (or try and sit down with it up as that…
  • Keep up the good work everyone you are all doing AMAZING!! cant wait to see all our results! x
  • If you are going to have coke i think fat coke is best (from what i hear) I used to drink A LOT of diet coke but when i found out about all the rubbish thats in it (and the fact it can clean a penny!!) i haven't drank it in nearly 5 and half years. I do crave fizzy drinks every now and again (mainly on weekends) but i…

  • Go for it, it relaxes muscles. But remember to drink plenty of water before you get in especially if you have just done a work out as the heat can lower blood pressure and make you dizzy if you are dehydrated. Enjoy!
  • wow, you really have a FAB attitude, it's posts like this that make me realise that ANYTHING can be achieved! Well done you!!! I like the odd treat and it mostly occurs on the weekends but last weekend was the first one which i logged and completed! i hope i manage again this weekend! Stay positive and work hard and you…

  • i'm going to singapore in september for the Grand Prix! i LOVE it there! Sorry to hear that you can't find any food on the database, maybe use 'generic' if it's there? Good Luck!! :-)
  • I have emailed. Thank you for starting this! x
  • I LOVE spinning! it took about a 6 sessions for my bottom to not hurt and to be able to keep up with teacher. But it's such a great workout! when i started i did it 3 times a week and it didn't take too long to get used to it, just go at your own pace and sit down when you need to even if the teacher and everyone else is…
  • When i go to the Indian i have Chicken Tikka (not massala) and green salad, it's really filling and nice and yummy, i also have some mago chutney and mint sauce just to give it an extra kick and more taste. Have one poppodum, onion salad etc you can treat yourself a little. I agree with the others try not to eat ALL of it,…
  • thank you so much for that! i will be trying that this week i think!! THANK YOU ! x
  • I am exactly the same!! it's really getting me down too! i have decided to cut out bread completely from my diet for a few days/week to see where that gets me, and i have started the 30 day shred dvd and i'm starting C25K tonight after work. I would suggest you cut down or cut out bread and maybe up your exercise durning…
