Pasta is my trigger food. If I order pasta out at a resuarant (you know their portions are huge...like 5 servings) I eat IT ALL. Plus bread. Somehow i can eat and eat and eat and eat pasta....

I blend my protein powder with water and a half of a frozen banana in my magic bullet blender! Its like a milk shake! Try that! I actually look foward to my shakes!

Whey protein also gets absorbed into your system quicker than say a piece of chicken. Plus most of them have 20 plus grams of protein per scoop....MUCH more than you will get in food! Like for my goals I want to get around 100-125 grams of protein a day...sometimes that is hard to do with just food!

I was watching Hungry Girl on the Cook channel and she made a pasta using some sort of tofu noodle...I need to look it up and see if my grocery store has them. But she then made an alfredo sauce with Low Fat Sour Cream, a Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge and parmesean....I must find this recipe! Ill post it when I do!
