I love Larabars. Luna Bars are okay, but they have a "fake" taste to them. I normally eat Larabars an early morning workout when I need just a little something. However, because they are kind of high in kcals for what they are, I really limit when I use them... but they are so good. The Lemon Bar and Key Lime Pie taste…

When I make granola, I just use a cup of oats, 1 T cannola oil, and 1 T honey. 20 minutes in the oven @ 300.

Great List! When I snack, I try to incorporate a mixture of carbs, fats, and proteins as well as balance out what I have had at meals.

Anything whole grain with a bit of protein is a good way to go. I prefer Kashi Go Lean Crunch Honey Almond Flax, Kashi U, Kashi Autumn Harvest or Quaker Oatmeal Squares
