That is a really scary situation. It makes me worry for my own safety. I try to check the sexual predator registry around the places I run to ensure that there are no listed sex offenders. However, I always bring my phone.

I did four miles with 35 minutes of strength training. I'm doing between 9 and 10 miles tom. so I wanted to go a little eaiser today.

I am so afraid to way myself because I fear I may have gained. I have exercised daily and stayed within my calories. My belly feels so so puffy and gross though.

I just use a can of chickpeas, 1 cup of plain yogurt, 3 garlic gloves, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 T Olive Oil, and 1 T water. Put all ingredients into the blender and puree until you achieve the desired texture. It's really easy and great for lunch or a quick snack.

I love hummus too; however, I feel that homeade is soo much better than store brought and VERY easy to make.

I eat organic most of the time, but sometimes I do not. Most of what I eat is minimally processed and whole.

Hang in there. I am in the exact same boat as you. Eating Disorders are extremely challenging, but you can overcome them.

I did a thirty minute tempo run with a half mile for warm up and cool down.
