I ran 2 miles at 9:22 each, 1 miles at 8:57, and 2 x 0.5 miles at 4:00 each. I did a recovery jog (about 5 mph) between each interval

Pizza Primavera is the best, but I don't know if they have it at Papa John's. Its loaded with vegetables. At Papa Johns, I would get the whole wheat then load it up with vegetables you like.

If you have a jump rope, you could jump rope. If you have stairs at your house, you could do stair exercises (ie Running, lunges, squats, dips, push ups, etc). Have fun and get creative.

Cake mix with Pumpkin is so good. I prefer yellow mix (low sugar) but that is just me. Good luck with finding healthy and tasty subsitutions. I dealt with milk allergies when I was young, so I know that it is very difficult

I love this recipe. I use reduced sugar cake mix. I also tried it with reduced sugar yellow cake. It was delish. I like it even better than the brownies.
