Went out on the 4 wheeler on Saturday and so sore today. Also 3 days of eating Ham def retaining water. Going to have to freeze some of that left over ham. I am sure it is prob just water weight! One thing I have learned from MFP is key drink a lot of water after a high sodium meal. Sure you will be back down next week! So glad you joined our group! Welcome!!!

I found some arm exercises on youtube and boy I can sure feel them tonight. Was very nice too! I think doing them really helped me gain some more motion. Great challenge idea. Congrats on the awesome Loss AMY! Looks like the no sugar days really paid off! I loose any this week but glad I didn't gain.. I am feeling better and ready to have a great week. Maybe you should box them all up and put them away so they are not easy to get to and you can pick a day down the road to get rid of them for good. I know my sister always says "If you have clothes that are too big you will eventually grow into them!"

Packed a salad for lunch today. Found a way to eat my apples... with peanut butter. Funny thing is I really am not a big fan of peanut butter but seems good on the apples.
