I have been filling a gallon jug and trying to drink that every day. My best day was yesterday which I finally drank 1/2 of it which would be 64 oz met goal 8 8 oz glasses of water. Also I have been trying to drink 4 of the 8 oz glasses before noon. Still struggling with drinking water. Looking forward to see how everyone…

I am glad you like it! I think every other day is a good idea. We want to get in shape no injuries!!! I hurt my shoulder a couple of years ago and ended up with frozen shoulder and believe me that was no fun at all!

I decided to give up cheese for a week. That may sound funny to some of you but being from Wisconsin this is a huge deal lol! I believe I will see the scale go down without all the cheese I normally eat!. I may need some suggestions for food this week without cheese!

Thanks for Posting. Very motivating! What motivates me: I have a two awesome friends that I met at work who have been sharing recipes and we have now all gotten fit bits. The challenges are fun. Seeing other people reach their goals is most motivating for me.

Hi! Did pretty good walking this week but I do need to step it up and do some strength training. Thanks for the encouragement and suggestions Amy! What do you all do for strength training. Hope you get to 162 for the weigh in Melissa! Thinking about trying a squat challenge or something for next week!
