Week 2 March 8 - 14 : Give up 1 thing you love challenge

This weeks challenge is to give up 1 thing you love, such as chips, coke, chocolate, etc. I plan on giving up all kinds of chips (crackers, pretzels, corn chips). I have been snaking a little bit too much on those salty things and I am hoping by giving them up this week, I will notice a difference on the scale and break the craving for them.

    I decided to give up cheese for a week. That may sound funny to some of you but being from Wisconsin this is a huge deal lol! I believe I will see the scale go down without all the cheese I normally eat!. I may need some suggestions for food this week without cheese!
