You can absolutely do this! Why start tomorrow when you can start today? just simply push yourself a little bit to do abit more physical exercise than normal even if it is a little walk or going up and down the stairs. Cut down on unhealthy food and drink plenty of water. Don't beat yourself up! it all takes time. Your…

I agree, I only allow myself to eat more on Christmas Eve - Boxing day and then New years eve. I always manage to lose the most weight in December some how! I'm going to try and hit the gym almost every day of December x

Some weekends I nearly gain 2lbs, this weekend I managed to only gain 0.5lbs though so I feel like the longer I'm going through this process the more self control I have. Don't worry about a little splurge though, we can't cut out everything or when you stop dieting you'll gain everything back xx keep positive
