  • Hello all! I'd love to join in. I'm 5'4. My starting weight was 160, my goal weight is 120 and I've dropped 4 so far. 36 to go!! I'm at 1200 calories per day. Today was a tough day with my food and exercise, so I could really use the support to stay on track and would love the opportunity to be support as well.
