I think the very first week I lost 5 but then it slowed down to a steady 2-3 lbs a week for a few months then I would plateau for a few weeks then 1-2 lbs weekly then plateau again. i'm sorry someone would say hurtful things like that- you can do this, it just takes time- it took me just under a year to loose 110 lbs and another 6 months after that to loose another 13 my goal weight was 160 (from 270) and I am currently 147

you can add me, I am a mom and 2 young kids (1 and 2) and have lost 123lbs in the last 18 months (it really only took about 13 months since I have maintained since then)

I was miserable after gaining so much weight during my pregnancy with my now 2 year old then got pregnant again a few months after he was born and gained even more weight and I knew I had to do something about it. I was DETERMINED to get down to 160 by his 1st birthday he is now 18 months old and I weigh 147 :)

I work out while my youngest naps. I have a 1 and a 2 year old and it's hard at times to find the time. If I have to I wait until my husband is home and go to the gym or go in the other room and do my workout try dvd stuff like jullian michaels or supreme 90 they are all under an hour and its easier to find time for those

My husband drinks a few beers when he comes home from work or a glass of scotch if we have either. If not he won't go buy any and he drinks on the weekends every weekend. It doesn't bother me because he works hard and as long as he isn't getting drunk every night I don't care.

I do one meal a week and about once a month I have a full day where I eat whatever I want and its been fine

its not near as hard you think. we had our first one and then got pregnant with our 2nd 5 months later and its still not as hard as people say. They are now 1 and 2 and its not that bad. congrats

when I first got my license I was 140 and that's what I put on it,then when I renewed(after a name change) it a few years ago I didn't change the weight and I was 250 and last week I went in to renewed it and was able to put 155 (my current weight) and was thrilled so I totally understand congrats

zumba is great- I try to go 3 times a week

we drink on the weekends sometimes- but i usually put a shot of rum into a sobe life water and I always log in on here. the rum is only 69 calories a shot and the sobe is 0 calories so I try to work my food around that so I can have a drink or 2 without feeling too guilty

only do what you can and don't try and push yourself too hard. I jumped right into 30 days shred after not working out for almost 2 years and got a stress fracture in my leg so just be careful and listen to your body
