Just googled it. According to the "calculator" my TDEE should be 2116. And since I'm trying to loose weight it needs to be lower. Now it does make sense. Thank you. I'll look into my protein intake, that should clarify things further. Thanks again.

I have no idea what TDEE is. Like I said, I'm complete novice in it. 1450 is a bit low, but only if I don't exercise that day. Usually if I bike or do yoga, that adds to my allowance and I feel no hunger.
