I say continue T25 if you like it and incorporate fun exercise into your routine. Just general getting out more and moving around is an easy way to add to your workout, but not feel like you are constantly working out. The elliptical can't hurt either. I'm in the process of amping up my routine as well.

Mine is a Flex to be more precise

My fitbit hands down. It helped me beat my plateau simply by keeping me accountable all the time.

I weigh 140 and I wear an American size 6. I'm also 5'4 tall. Not sure how that translates.

The one I've got give me a 24 in waist where my natural waist is 27 inches. I've read up on it A LOT and researched it, so not really needing any suggestions on the health risks just wondering if anyone else has tried it.

I have a fit bit and I would not trade it for the world!!!!!!!!!! I've had it a month now and it really helps me see what I'm burning all day not just in workout sessions. I know no calorie measuring device is 100 % effective but it helps me see when I need to move more in comparison to my eating.

Good luck getting started! On those lunges don't be afraid to hold onto something for extra support until your flexibility increases or just don't go as deep.

I have no clue how to post a photo in a thread, but I think I'm an 11 and I want to be a 3 or 5.

Well classify me. I am known to have a glass of wine every night sometimes two. Let's not even start on some of my weekend drinks. I hate that these "studies" always pinpoint women and try to make us feel bad.

Walk. It's free, easy, and can be done anywhere. Get a pedometer and set yourself a step goal then just start walking:)

I love mine as well. I got it for a discount so that made me feel better about it but it would have been worth it at full price. It is another mode of accountability besides just calorie counting. You can also like it with MFP to use them together. It is definitely worth the investment. I've also noticed I'm not as afraid…

Feel free to add me. On my profile the 30 yr old weight gain is one of my motivations. I was always very active and naturally thin until I got of the Army and became a desk-jockey. Now I've actually got try to make sure I'm active...ugh

It's not necessary, but I guess it could help someone who needs all kinds of crazy food rules to lose weight. It would never work for me though. I tend to skip breakfast and eat a big dinner so I'm not starving when I go to bed. I'm going to say bro-science simply because calories cannot tell time and don't care when you…

If you pictures are how you look now you don't need to worry!! Even without reaching your goal you look great. Also, one day does not have to set the basis for your week. I had a bad day yesterday too. We are all human, so simply put yesterday as the past and make sure you do better the next day.

I sure hope it is! Seriously though. I think in a relationship it is up to the couple to decide what goes and what doesn't. If you're gonna be a swinger find someone else who doesn't mind if you swing and likes to swing to is my motto.

I don't think the who texts who thing is an indicator but the two weeks without contact is a red flag. Oh and if he is the most passive guy ever do you really want him?
-
You are more than nice!! Person above I'm only saying this because you have shot down all the lower number but please take no offense because you look AMAZING. 180
