  • I thought so.....BUT wouldn't I lose faster if I didn't consume those calories I lost working out??? Wow....88lbs lost, that's great!!! Fantastic! L.
  • I'm new and confused.......ok I have 1200 calories a day to eat to reach my goal. I work out and expend about 400 so does that mean I can eat an extra 400 and still lose as though I was eating 1200 cals a day. L.
