The big thing is the keep your core engaged. No sticking your butt up in the air! Tons of ways to modify or travel while plank position. Latest one in class we hold it, then using a step walk our hands up and down. Really works the arms. :-)

Other then just being honest and talking with her, you could try suggesting a recipe. Teach her how to cook one of your favorites. That way she can feed you and learn more about why you eat certain things.

I use to work at a daycare. I once had a two year old put their hand in their diaper, pull it out, stick two inches from my face, and say "icky." She wasn't kidding. ICKY!

Go back through your food journal and look at things like sodium and sugar. If everything is in the green just ignore the scale for awhile. Maybe mix it up and try a new workout. Whatever you do just KEEP GOING! You can do it!

I know! I want to run outside already! It was so cold yesterday I turned the furnace back...what's sad is that was the second time I had to restart it. You think I would give up already.

I had a very low budget for my wedding as well and had a simple early morning event too. What was funny is people didn't want to leave. It was so low key, relaxing and fun we had to "kick" our friend and family out. Take away the ice sculptures, sit-down dinners, and limo rides and you figure out what weddings are really…
