See a dietician to make sure your getting the right nutrition combination with strength training. Also keep in mind, everyone's body is different so accept that you might not be able to achieve the look you want within the weight you want.

Sprained my ankle yesterday, sorry team. I did complete the 500 crunches though!

W3D4 completed, under cal. over water, 125 crunches W3D5 completed, under cal. over water, 150 crunches 375/500...It's starting to look doable...only 125 more to go!

STRESS!!! It causes the scale to go up even if you are perfect when it comes to movement and eating. Ignore the scale till things get better. Just make healthy choices and push yourself to stay active.

Salt is salt. There is no difference between table salt and the salt in processed foods accept for the fact that you get to control the amount. Kosher salt, I believe, as no added iodine in it. Sea salt is more coarse or is in larger chunks so you theoretical need less to season food. It all boils down to salt is salt.…

Your gym should have accident insurance. See if they're willing to help you first. If not take all your paper work to a lawyer to see if your case has merit. If it does, then you can make the decision. Though if you sue them, you should probably find a new gym.

It's different for each person. I don't log it when I mop the floor, but I'm not carrying around 100 extra pounds as I do it. Whatever, people need to do to encourage activity. Why judge them? Why let it get to you? Not worth it.
