Do you have Target? I get mine there and they go on sale frequently. I like mini corn dogs, chicken nuggets, and buffalo wings. They taste different, but good.

Eat the right foods. It helps so much!

I think 15 is reasonable with a minimum of hours (say at least 3 a week) and if the parents bring the kids to you. I have heard of teachers charging more, but they have full time jobs, licenses, and experience.

It takes trying something seven times to acquire a taste for something. Time to commit to healthier you and just do it!

Just do it! Now go! Mental shove! Going is the hardest part, but even just walking on a treadmill will help. GO! GO! GO! GO! GO! GO! GO! GO! GO! GO!

They sell socks with grips and toes for yoga. Regular ones might make the move harder, but it's really your call. Just be careful. Yoga is all about strength and control so lifting the same day might be a bit much. I think you could get strong enough to handle both. I would just incorporate them slowly together to avoid…

Find a workout buddy. When social time is at the gym your more likely to go. My girlfriends all get together on Tuesday to do a workout and then play bingo at a local bar. So much fun.

I pick option C: whichever one opens the door for me and has confidence.

In a non-stick pan "Fry" it using a little bit of low sodium chicken broth on medium heat (so technically you're steaming it). Add some left over chicken, peas, onions and bean sprouts for healthy fried rice.

Turn walking into running (C25K). Get a pair of hand weights to help build muscle (lots of videos on youtube).

You look great!!!

I'm a little shorter, but I put 5'1 on everything because I love tall shoes.

If you really love something take it to a tailor. Most of the time they can take things in.

This is going to sound weird, but it is a skill you can teach yourself. Sort of fake it till you make it. I use to be painfully shy in middle school, but when I went to high school I decided to put myself out there. At first the rejections or judgments hurt a little bit. You just got to remind yourself it's THEM not you.…

The eating things part sounds almost like an anxiety disorder of some sort. Are you still at a strong deficit at 1200? Sometimes it just takes longer to lose at that point.

Be careful of who you judge. I know the feeling you're describing, but you don't know these peoples' stories. Maybe some are on the road to getting better, maybe some are struggling finically, maybe some just don't know any better, maybe some eat their feelings and maybe some do just need a wake up call. They have a better…

Had no weight gain with my Mirena, but had some bad cramps at first. They went away and now I love it. I've heard the patch has some high risks when it comes to blood clots. They don't even offer it at my doctor's office anymore.

Box of chocolate (Godiva kind) and movie theater gift card.

Your body has responded to not getting enough food by slowing down your metabolism.

Hi! Good luck on your goals!
-
That means you would need to have a deficit of 15,000 calories this week. NOT healthy.

I will warn you that elementary kids say what they observe...they don't mean any harm by it (most of the time). Yes, I know I'm short. No, I don't get mistaken for a kid. Don't take it personally. Good luck to you!
-
I'll message you. Maybe there's a glitch or something.
-
They will notice. Great job!

I can't make sense of your food dairy. Some meals are missing, you're not eating to your goal, and goal calories change. Consistency is key. I'm not sure what's up.

Welcome! Stick with the site. It's amazing!

Ask if your gym has someone who can teach you or if you get a free session with a personal trainer/fitness assessment (lots of gyms offer them).
-
OK! Good luck on your goals!

Good for you!
