All of them to start with. MFP already has you at a deficit. Double check it by use a BMR calculator. As long as your deficit is around 200-400 calories you are just fine. It will be better to eat small meals and keep that metabolism up.

You can train yourself to not crave food in that time frame if you hold to the whole don't eat after 8 thing. This can be helpful if you binge late at night, but if you have the calories for a snack it will have no negative impact.

Look at how strong you are! You can do this!

Thank him for the thought, heck if it's a good day even take a fork full of it and then put it right in trash. My husband stop bringing in junk when he realized after a serving I would throw it away. Sorry kids in Africa, but this is about MY health.

Drink water, stay away from foods that make you bloat, get a spray tan and a suit that works with your body type. Best advice I got.

HI! Good luck! This site is great, just stick with it!

Doesn't being short suck! It's right, you shouldn't really eat below 1200 because of nutrition. You can eat below 1200 at your height, but you have to be VERY careful and without a nutritionist or plan from a doctor I wouldn't recommend it. Upping your workouts will increase the deficit and your rate of weight lost,…

Took a quick look and you might be under eating. Check your BMR. Not getting enough can slow your metabolism and lead to weight retention.

Make sure you are getting enough healthy fats. A little dark chocolate, avocado, or peanut butter might help. Hard to tell without look at your diary. Otherwise, you might just be getting use to the change like others said. It takes time for your body to reprogram. Just stick with it. If it gets really bad, it's okay to…

Love Jane Eyre. I'm in the middle of Conversations with God for book club. Dense, but thought provoking. I also have to go out and get the third book of the Hungry Games. Really liked that series.

If you feel more comfortable at 1400 I would go into goals and adjust it to 1lb a week. You can always move it back to 2 if you stop getting the results you want.

Rows, Dead-lifts, Flies and planks.

To really cut it down I would go with $30, but it really needs to be an amount you're comfortable with. I struggle with eating out too much too.

What do you like to do? Build on your interests so it seems like less of a chore and more like fun. Recruit your friends for support!

This is what I went with, but I don't really know if there is a "right" answer. Figure out where you fall in terms of BMI. Diet till you get get yourself in a healthy zone. Somewhere in this zone your body will natural want to settle, sure you can lose more weight, but your body will fight you. From this point, ignore the…

MFP is great for ALL types of people. Key is to no matter what stay positive and be accountable. Time pretty much takes care of everything else. Welcome!

Where do you fall in the BMI charts? What's your BMR?
-
There are exceptions to the rule, but on MFP you should eat them back.

I think help call the muscles down and love it. My gym friend thinks it makes her break out. And another friend can't use them because of her asthma (She feels like she can't breathe/freaks her out). Try it and see what you think, just listen to your body.

<-- Not a doctor, but I'd be worried your sinus infection is worse and if so you'd need antibiotics. See a doctor before you do, because sinus infections can lead to respiratory problems.

There is a Mc Donald's in my grocery store. Seriously unfair.

I think it's an I don't want to get sued number. They can always fall back on, "We told them to eat 1200 calories." Spoke with my "experts" and I maintain at 1200. The joys of being short. However, crash dieting is harmful so make sure you figure out what is right for you.
-
I do not eat perfectly, but I try to hit the 1200 mark. Feel free too look at what I eat on my good days, ignore that bad ones.
-
I don't care about the weight so much as I do about the adding muscle and losing inches.
-
Looking at where your numbers are yo-yoing you have lost some weight. It's working, just stick with it! Watch the sodium and water in take, weigh at the same time of day, only weigh once a week and take measurements. Good luck!

"Mrs. S do you ever get mistaken for a kid?" says the student. Needless to say I'm short! Always happy to make new friends.

Ok I'm going to tell you to go to a buffet, because sometimes it's just unavoidable. The Buffet at the Rio has a build your own stir-fry station. You can load your plate up with tons of veggies and lean meats (including seafood and tofu) and they cook it on a mongolian wok so there is very little oil. Plus the buffet has…

A friend of mine sleeps in her workout outfit so all she has to do is roll out of bed and brush and go. That helps her. No matter how bad you feel before, you know you'll feel great after...So go! :-)

Tix4tonight can offer some great deals on food. I like the Top of the World restaurant and the buffet at the Rio. Also check out the free show at Treasure Island, the volcano at the Mirage, and the Fremount street experience downtown. Never buy anything from a Taxi driver and watch out for pick pockets in crowds, (very…

Put it aside, admit that you guys need to talk about the issue, but for today focus on the reason why you got married in the first place. Make sure you tell him.
